Account Deletion Guide
Per Google Play safety standards, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated
data.
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All your data including habits, journals, and
history will be wiped from our servers immediately and cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the Morigrid app.
- Go to Settings (Gear icon).
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm your choice.
Option 2: Web Request
If you cannot access the app or have already uninstalled it, you may request account deletion by emailing us
directly:
- Email: support@morigrid.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request - Morigrid
- Body: Please include your registered email address.
We will process your verified request and delete your data within 30 days.
Data Retention Policy
Upon account deletion, all personal data (email, name, habits, journals) is permanently removed from our
active databases. Some analytical data may be retained in an anonymized form for system integrity.
